WOW EXPLAINERS provides customized video creation services according to client requirements, which may include but are not limited to explainer videos, whiteboard videos, infographic videos, and motion graphics.

All service requests are subject to availability and acceptance by WOW EXPLAINERS. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or company at our discretion

Quotation & Pricing

All prices quoted are based on the project’s scope provided by the client. Any additional changes, edits, or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Payment Terms

  • WOW EXPLAINERS requires full upfront payment before the commencement of any project.
  • Payments can be made through approved payment gateways or direct bank transfers, as communicated by WOW EXPLAINERS.
  • No project work will begin until payment has been received and confirmed.

Revisions

Each project includes a predefined number of revisions as per the agreed proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included limit will be charged separately. Revision requests must be communicated in writing within the specified revision period.

Project Timelines

WOW EXPLAINERS will provide an estimated timeline for each project. While we strive to meet these deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or client-side delays in providing feedback or required materials.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing clear project guidelines, necessary content, brand assets, and timely feedback to ensure efficient project execution. Delays in providing these requirements may result in project delays or additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All video content created by WOW EXPLAINERS remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will own the final video files for use as agreed. WOW EXPLAINERS retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Payments made to WOW EXPLAINERS are non-refundable once a project has commenced.
  • If a project is cancelled after completion, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • If a project is cancelled midway due to any client-related reason, no refund will be provided for any payments made up to that point.
  • If a project is cancelled midway due to any issue arising from WOW EXPLAINERS' end — limited to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances — a refund will only be issued for the portion of the project work that has not been completed at the time of cancellation. Any completed work up to that point will remain non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

WOW EXPLAINERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
