Delivery timelines

We have a 4-5 week window to complete the project.

Payment terms

At the beginning of the project, we require a deposit as an advance payment. This deposit confirms your commitment to the project and allows us to get started right away. Once we receive the deposit, we will begin working on your video. After the video is completed, we will send you a final preview file for your approval. Once you have reviewed the final preview and are satisfied with the results, we will require the remaining payment. Upon receiving the final payment, we will release the final delivery of the video to you.

Commercial Purpose and Source File
At Wow Explainers, we believe that our success is based on our clients’ satisfaction. We strive to create a collaborative and positive experience for all our clients, and we are committed to delivering exceptional video content that exceeds their expectations.

Project Cancellation

Either party has the right to terminate the project upon providing written notice to the other party, with a minimum notice period of fifteen (15) days. Upon termination, the party terminating the project may immediately discontinue access to any confidential information that the other party may have had access to during the project.

Refund

Either party can terminate the project with 15 days’ written notice, and upon termination, access to confidential information will be immediately discontinued. If you are not satisfied with an unapproved stage of the project, you may apply for a refund based on our refund policy.

Miscellaneous & Separability
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, proposals, inquiries, commitments, discussions, and correspondence, whether written or oral. If any provision of this agreement is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of other provisions. This agreement may only be amended or modified in writing and signed by both parties.

Governing Law

The governing law of this agreement and the parties’ rights and obligations is the law of the United States of America, without regard to any conflict of law principles.
